These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of Eagle Custom Design Group Corp. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide custom design, printing, signage, vehicle graphics, apparel, promotional products, light fabrication, and related services. Product descriptions and images on our site are for general reference; final results may vary based on materials and specifications.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are provided based on the details you supply and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Pricing may change if project requirements (size, quantity, materials, or artwork) change. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Memberships & billing

• Memberships are annual subscriptions that renew automatically each year at the then-current regular rate unless cancelled.
• Introductory discounts apply to the first year only, as described at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current term unless required by law.
• Membership benefits (such as included products and member pricing) are subject to the terms described on the membership page.

Artwork & intellectual property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, images, or content you provide, and you grant us permission to use them to complete your order. Designs we create for you remain our property until paid for in full. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Proofs & approvals

Where proofs are provided, it is your responsibility to review them carefully. We are not responsible for errors (including spelling, layout, or color expectations) approved by you before production.

Turnaround & delivery

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. Installation, where applicable, will be scheduled and quoted separately.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
